Hand Crafts by Missy N creates handmade artificial floral arrangements, centerpieces, memorial arrangements, home décor, and related products.

Because our products are handmade, each arrangement may have minor variations in flower placement, greenery, color, size, and overall appearance. Product photographs and descriptions are intended to provide an accurate representation of each item, but the finished handmade product may have slight differences.

2. PRODUCT AVAILABILITY

All products are subject to availability.

We reserve the right to modify product designs, materials, colors, pricing, or availability at any time without prior notice.

If an item becomes unavailable after an order has been placed, we will contact you regarding the order and, when appropriate, provide a suitable resolution.

3. PRICING AND PAYMENT

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.

Applicable sales taxes and shipping charges will be calculated and displayed during checkout.

Payment must be successfully completed before an order will be processed.

We reserve the right to correct pricing or listing errors. If an error affects an order that has already been placed, we will contact you before proceeding with the order.

4. ORDERS

By placing an order, you agree that the information you provide during checkout is accurate and complete.

Please carefully review your shipping address and order information before completing your purchase.

Hand Crafts by Missy N is not responsible for delays or delivery problems caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.

5. CANCELLATIONS

Orders may be canceled within 15 minutes of purchase.

After the 15-minute cancellation period has passed, orders cannot be canceled through our normal cancellation process.

6. RETURNS, REFUNDS, AND ORDER CONCERNS

All sales are generally final because our products are handmade.

If your order arrives damaged, is incorrect, or you have another concern about your purchase, please contact us as soon as possible after receiving your order.

Please provide your order number and photographs when applicable so that we can review the issue.

We will review concerns individually and work with you to determine an appropriate resolution when warranted.

7. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Orders are shipped to the address provided by the customer at checkout.

Shipping timeframes are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, holidays, or circumstances outside our control.

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery is the responsibility of the carrier. If a package is delayed, lost, or damaged during shipment, please contact us so that we can assist with the appropriate next steps.

8. LOCAL PICKUP

Local pickup may be available when offered at checkout.

Customers selecting local pickup will receive notification when their order is ready.

Customers are responsible for picking up their order within a reasonable timeframe after receiving the pickup notification.

9. CUSTOM AND PERSONALIZED ORDERS

If custom or personalized products are offered, the customer is responsible for providing accurate information and reviewing any requested design details before production.

Custom orders may have different terms regarding cancellations, modifications, and refunds, which will be communicated before the order is completed when applicable.

All photographs, product descriptions, logos, graphics, designs, written content, and other materials appearing on this website are owned by or licensed to Hand Crafts by Missy N unless otherwise stated.
