RETURN & REFUND POLICY

All sales are final. Due to the handmade nature of our floral arrangements, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or other reasons unrelated to a problem with the order.

CANCELLATIONS

Orders may be canceled within 15 minutes of purchase. After the 15-minute cancellation window has passed, orders cannot be canceled through our normal cancellation process.

ORDER CONCERNS

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If your order arrives damaged, is incorrect, or you have another concern about your purchase, please contact us as soon as possible after receiving your order. Please include your order number and photographs when applicable.

We will review the situation and work with you individually to determine the appropriate resolution.

Because our arrangements are handmade, minor variations in flowers, greenery, color, placement, and overall appearance may occur and are not considered defects when the arrangement substantially matches the product description and photographs.
